Project briefing
We conduct one-on-one client meetings to ensure that each project is an authentic and considered interpretation of the client’s innermost desires and personal aspirations. We take time to get to know each and every client, so we can fully understand their lifestyle and budget, allowing us to fully enhance their use and enjoyment of the property.

Concept development
We present the client with options for layout and concept design through plans, drawings, samples and mood boards, based on detailed information gathered during the project briefing, including advice on cost and time implications.

Interior design and architecture (the final scheme)
Following approval of the concept designs, a comprehensive final scheme is then presented to the client. The final scheme will include, for example, details of the interior architecture, bespoke joinery, integrated technology and lighting design.

Tendering and the agreed scope-of works
Arranging tender of contractors and professionals, to provide us with detailed costings for the project. A project cost is agreed with the client, including details of the scope-of-works, to ensure that all costs are presented for approval on an open-book basis.

Planning permission, Building Control approval and Licence for Alterations
Depending on the nature of the property and project, we will liaise with and attain all necessary consent from the landlord and the Local Authority. This will include, where relevant, Listed Building Consent and Conservation Area Consent.

Construction and realisation
Over an approved project duration, the works will be closely coordinated and supervised to ensure they are carried out to an agreed timescale, exacting quality and superior design specification. Weekly site meetings are directed by the Project Designer, which are attended by all appropriate team members.

We will arrange all necessary insurance and the procurement of all materials, fixtures and fittings. Prior to completion and handover, we manage any snagging and post-construction issues and arrange for a formal sign-off of the project.

Furniture and dressing
Our interior designers will create a scheme of finishes and furniture for each project. With the client’s lifestyle in mind, our team will ensure that all design decisions are complimentary to the look and feel of the project, but also sensitive to the client’s individual style.
