Valuation of a circa £7.5 million apartment in Kensington for Capital Gains Tax purposes, enabling the client to ‘de-envelope’ out of their existing (tax inefficient) offshore company structure.
Instructed to value a large circa £60 million portfolio of residential properties located in central London and south east England for the purpose of ATED (the Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings).

From experience, we know that within these firms, potentially essential tasks will often be delegated to more junior team members. This creates a disconnect between client and advisor.
