JSRE Partners provide specialist advice in relation to all aspects of residential property valuation. We consider that valuation is both an art and a science, requiring the application of judgement to calculations made from technical information collected.

The typical basis of value is ‘Market Value’ as defined by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ (RICS) Valuation – Professional Standards, otherwise known as the ‘Red Book’. A so-called Red Book valuation is the gold standard of valuation work and can only be carried out by a qualified and registered Chartered Surveyor. We are bound by the standards set out in the Red Book which contains official RICS practice statements and guidance notes.

We have an experienced team of residential valuers who operate from our office on Wigmore Street in central London. We specialise in valuing prime central London residential property.

All our valuers are RICS Registered Valuers under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme (VRS). With uncertainty in the wider economic environment, it is increasingly important that clients trust the professional advice that they receive from their valuer. The independent quality assurance process of Valuer Registration reinforces the highest professional standards.

All our valuation instructions are undertaken at Director level to ensure high quality reporting standards and accurate, defensible appraisals of value.

Intimate client relationships

Every client is unique, and every situation is different. Clients turn to JSRE Partners for many reasons, but the most common reason is trust. Our clients trust us to provide a high quality and reliable service combined with a personal approach.

We offer our clients a personal service incorporating clear lines of communication. All our instructions are dealt with at senior level, without delegation.

Central London specialists

We specialise in valuing central London property with an emphasis on the prime and super-prime markets.

High quality, professional and reliable service

Our Chartered Surveyors operate to the exacting standards required to produce high quality, accurate and reliable work. Formal (Red Book) valuation reports are often scrutinised by HMRC (the Valuation Office Agency). As such, it is essential that the reports are highly detailed and that any conclusions made therein are robust.
